About Our Chef
This Mission Valley restaurant features Chef Anabelle, a native of Mexico who grew up in the United States. She found her passion for creating and cooking culinary dishes at the age of sixteen under the mentoring of French Chef Patrick Moysen.
Throughout Chef Anabelle's culinary career she has had the privilege to work with amazing culinary talent in unique places. Several of these include Sous Chef at Lake Arrowhead Resort, Executive Sous Chef at Sheraton Suites Pomona, California, Executive Chef at Embassy Suites in Anaheim, California and Kitchen Manager at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California. These opportunities have allowed her to enhance her knowledge as a chef and challenge her talents as a culinary artist.
During her culinary career of three decades she has received numerous awards and certificates, including Award of Excellence in 2009 and 2010 by the Environmental Health Division.
