If you’re hungry for a meal, the Cru Bistro is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. serving American cuisine, while the Cru Bistro Bar offers cocktails and snacks in a relaxed atmosphere daily from 11 to 10 p.m. If you decide to become a Club guest and stay on our exclusive Club Floors, you’ll have special access to the Club Lounge, a relaxing, upscale space which offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres, and a variety of beverage options.

Here at the private Club Lounge, you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies there for you as well.

Hotel Policy

Age Requirement: Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. A valid photo ID and credit card is required at check-in.

San Diego Pet Friendly Hotel: We are happy to welcome your dog. Dogs may accompany guests in their guestrooms, in accordance with local health codes, free of charge. (No deposits are required.) Without additional fees, dogs will be provided with a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Dog Bed if desired, along with a Welcome Kit that provides information and supplies that are useful to a guest traveling with a dog. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by their dog.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee is imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. A fee of $50 will be imposed. Pre-paid reservations will not receive a refund for departing early. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Fire Safety: The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency evacuation plans in all rooms and public areas.

Laundry: Your guest room is provided with a laundry bag and list for your use should you choose to use the hotels contracted green friendly dry cleaner. Laundry brought down by 8:00am will be returned by 5:00pm same day. The hotel also offers a coin operated laundry area for your use. Laundry supplies can be purchased in the Corner Pantry.

Parking: Parking is $14.00 per vehicle per day. Oversized vehicles are charged at $25.00 per day.

Payment: Credit cards are required at check-in. Cash or credit cards are accepted for payment upon check-out. Checks are not accepted for payment.
